Refund & Return Policy

At Orange Cora, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Orange Cora will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
